Bosch Refrigerator Didn't Cool but Froze the Food Put In It


About a year ago, we purchased a Bosch brand refrigerator. However, we encountered a problem: the products we placed in the refrigerator would freeze. As a result, nearly every item in the refrigerator became unusable. We informed the authorized service about this issue. Upon their inspection, they indicated they would make changes, specifically to the electronic card, due to an electronic board error. While the warranty period for the product we recently purchased is still ongoing, I conveyed that I would not accept such a change that we did not cause and that we expected support for the replacement of the product. However, Bosch did not find this acceptable. Frankly, I am very disappointed that the brand I trusted and chose to use is so inadequate in handling this issue I experienced after the sale. I do not know if I will purchase a Bosch brand product again with the same sense of trust, but I believe that the brand value exists both before and after the sale. I hope this justified complaint finds a response and our trust is not further damaged. Just as satisfaction helps a brand grow and add value, problems that are overlooked but need to be resolved can lead to the brand's decline. Let me express this as a consumer.
