Bosch Oversight: Misdiagnosed Washer Fault Cost Me a New One

Hello, on October 7, 2023, we called for service due to a minor water leak from the washing machine model WAY24880TR/28. The service advisor, F**** from Cigli Batı and BLG, arrived. He mentioned the need to replace the drum and bearings, insisting I should feel the water by putting my hand inside the machine, but I felt no wetness. He asked me to step out of the bathroom and stated he would open the back of the machine. When I returned inside, the back was open, and the bottom of the drum was wet. He claimed the drum needed replacement, estimated at around 7380 TL. I found it excessive. Later, when we attempted to use the machine, it overflowed with water, causing an electrical outage. We decided to purchase a new machine. I didn't prefer Bosch, but my spouse insisted. After inspection by my father-in-law, we found no leakage in the drum but a loose valve at the bottom pipe. The service misled me, forcing an unnecessary purchase. I request compensation for the damages caused by the misdiagnosis and the purchase of a new machine.
