Bosch Fridge Isn't Cooling Properly



Hey there, I bought a Bosch refrigerator in July, and after using it for about two months, I had a really bad experience. The stuff inside got messed up—veggies turned into mush, mold showed up, and even the yogurt went bad. I told the service team about the issue in either August or September. But they kept saying there was no issue with the appliance and advised me to empty, clean, and dry the vegetable compartment every week. I'm not happy with my experience even though I chose the Bosch brand. Since I paid a lot of money, I'm thinking about taking this issue to the Consumer Court. It's not a small amount that everyone can easily give away, and making money isn't easy for anyone.
