Bosch Cooktop Replacement Request Denied



I bought a Bosch cooktop in August 2023, and from the beginning, it seemed like a cheap product. I told the place where I bought it about the issue, and they said that all their products are the same quality. Even though I had been using my old cooktop for 20 years without any problems, I wanted to replace it just because one of the buttons wasn't working properly. The cooktop I'm using right now looks like it's been used for 20 years. The burners have stubborn stains that won't come off, it's all scratched up, and there's rust on it. I think this cooktop will be useless within a year. I don't think the product I bought is worth the price I paid. I really hope to hear back from you soon about this.
