Bosch Ankestra Dishwasher Staining Crisis

I recently purchased an integrated kitchen set, and while the oven is working properly, the iron surface of the cooktop has developed stains that I have been unable to remove. Even though all of my home appliances are made by Bosch, this is the very first time I've had to deal with a problem of this nature. I'd appreciate it if you could help me; I want to replace the cooktop. It is not an attractive addition to my kitchen. It is important for Bosch to stand behind its products.

We have used the stove of the built-in set we recently bought only a few times, and the parts on it got burned and deep stains formed due to the effect of the fire. The authorized Bosch service came regarding this issue and did their best to clean the stains, but they did not come off. They said it was a factory defect, yet they did not provide any solution. I called customer service, took photos, and sent them. They said they would take care of it, but despite calling every month for 6 months and creating a record, nothing has been done. The stove of the oven is in a ruined condition.

We are still using our Bosch stove as it is, and it hasn't changed. To everyone considering buying a Bosch stove, don't ever buy it. It's a waste of your money and effort. After using the stove for one month, it ends up like this without any intervention. They didn't replace it. The service technician came and tried to clean it, but they also saw the inherent burns and deep internal stains.

I do not forgive you for the trouble you caused me until the product's warranty expired. They did not produce any solutions. Do not buy the product; I suffered, and I don't want you to suffer too. It became trash after using it for 2 months. Everyone who saw it asked what kind of product it was and if it was a fake Bosch. However, it was a Bosch product with a warranty. Two months after purchasing, I made a warranty claim. They came and said the product was defective. Instead of replacing the product, they suggested changing a part and asked me to pay for that part. It doesn't make sense; why should a person pay again for a defective product? If my place were closer, I would have taken the stove to the consumer rights board, but the product is heavy and made of glass, so I was stuck. I was upset, but I don't want you to be upset. Avoid this product and this brand. As someone who has used Bosch for a long time, I trusted them and bought it again, but it has changed. With other brands, if the product is really under warranty, they come and replace it. Avoid Bosch products.

They communicated, yes, they said pay the fee and we will replace it. I am announcing to everyone here that Bosch is not what it used to be anymore. Neither the oven, the stove, the refrigerator, the washing machine, nor the dishwasher, all of them have issues. All my products are Bosch, but the built-in set we recently bought, we used the stove only a few times, and the parts on top burned due to the effect of the fire, leaving deep stains. Regarding this, the Bosch authorized service came and did their best to clean the stains, but they didn't come off. They said it was a factory defect, yet they didn't provide any solution. I called customer service, took photos, and sent them. They said they would look into it, but despite calling every month and creating a record for 6 months, nothing was done. The stove of the oven is in a ruined state. We bought a refrigerator, and despite it breaking down 3/4 times, no solution was provided. The service said it was a factory defect, but I am being called by customer service and told to pay for a replacement. What is this? Three months have passed since we bought it. I explained the situation, and they stalled me until the warranty expired. In the end, I had to throw it away. I bought it for a high price because it was Bosch; I wish I had bought another product for a third of the price.

Bosch is not what it used to be. No matter what the issue is, the service charges you just to come and replace a part, even while the warranty is still valid. They either claim it is user error or, even if it is not, they still charge for the replacement. On the other hand, Arçelik and Beko truly stand behind their products under warranty—they come, replace the part, and if necessary, replace the entire product. As for Bosch, Siemens, and Profilo, I would not recommend them; I regret buying their products.
