Disappointed by Bosch's Misleading Claims

I purchased a built-in set from your Bosch store, Acity Four-Star. Your technician wouldn't install the glass stove because he said the space wasn't right. The service representative who came to our house suggested that we buy an enamel stove instead. We went back to the store and looked at the enamel stove we had bought again. They told us there were two kinds of stoves, and one cost 3,500 TL and the other 7,200 TL. The store employee insisted that the 7,200 TL stove was from Italy and that we wouldn't have any problems. But after I got my product, I had problems like scratches, burns, stains, peeling, and more. They had told me that these problems wouldn't happen, but I filed a complaint anyway. The service technician who came out said that they could replace the parts if I stopped complaining. But the customer service representative disagreed with this statement and refused to make any changes. I am really upset. I want a refund for my product. I'm a victim here, and I'd like help from the authorities.
