Bosch 18 V Cordless Vacuum Issues: Dirt Release Problem and Poor Design

Since I got my Bosch 18 V cordless vacuum cleaner about a year ago, I've been having an issue where the machine expels the dust and debris that it has collected back into the environment. In addition to this issue, the design of this cordless vacuum cleaner by Bosch, which features a nozzle that can be bent, strikes me as being rather impractical. When the nozzle is bent in any way, it loses its ability to precisely target and vacuum up dirt, which renders the device ineffective.

They already said there is nothing to be done about the poor performance of the product's elbow design and the dust being expelled back from the container. They said some of the dust stays in the tube and falls back because it doesn't reach the container. 🙄 They only changed my filter and provided information on the proper use of the product, thanks to the service staff. I will try it out and write about its effect...
