I Can't Remove Brush Hinders in My Bosch Unlimited 7, Can't Clean Well

I recently bought a Bosch Unlimited 7 vacuum cleaner and disappointed to discover this design flaw that affects its basic cleaning performance. The brush in the vacuum head cannot be removed, which hinders the ability to clean the head thoroughly. This problem has made the vacuum almost useless because it is unable to clean its internal components effectively. In order to tackle this issue, I took the step of contacting Bosch customer service to file a complaint. Nevertheless, the representative who responded appeared to lack knowledge and failed to understand the importance of the issue. They brushed off my concerns by insisting that the design is intentional, a response that I find completely absurd.  find it puzzling that the brush design in the Bosch Unlimited 7 differs from its previous models, the 6 and 8 series, as the brush cannot be easily removed for cleaning. This unexpected alteration has caused a significant inconvenience for individuals such as myself. The vacuum head, which is essential for efficient cleaning, is now impossible to maintain correctly.an appliance that cannot be properly cleaned undermines its entire purpose.
