My Clothes Are Torn And Bosch Won't Take Care Of The Machine

My washing machine, which was great for me two years ago, has begun to rip some of myt-shirts. After that, they said my washing machine's drum was broken and replaced it twice; however, even after that, my brand-new, ten-day-old t-shirts kept ripping. Bosch ignored our repeated explanations of the problem, instead stating that the t-shirt deformities could be due to factors such as the wearer's occupation, the shirt's quality, or the machine itself. Bosch is a high-quality brand, but it is not worth spending a fortune on. This is clearly a business that isn't confident in the quality of its wares. I apologize, but my t-shirts still tear, and the company does nothing to fix the problem, so I am stuck using the product as is. Do not do business with this brand if you are serious about purchasing a Bosch and want to avoid disappointment. You were compelled to sit quietly in your seat as your machine tore your brand new t-shirts. I deeply apologize. Be happy you did it.
