Bocchi Faucet Sets Fail Within 2-Year Warranty Window; Retailer Refuses Repair Service

Approximately 22 months ago, I purchased two sets of Bocchi brand shower systems and faucet fixtures from the Kale Seramik store on the Eskişehir ring road. The set installed in one of the bathrooms has never been used, while the other faucet fixture broke down about 8 to 10 months ago.

Following the breakdown, I called the Eskişehir Kale Seramik store where I purchased the items, stating that the products were under a 2-year warranty and requesting a repair under warranty coverage. However, I was told that the Bocchi company had closed down and that they could not offer any assistance. About a month ago, the second faucet also failed, leaving both products defective without any customer support representative available to address the issue.

I demand that both Kale Seramik and the Bocchi brand honor the 2-year warranty by either repairing the defective faucets free of charge or, if repair is not possible, providing a full replacement of the products. I would like to note that invoice records can be retrieved from either the store records or my own files and can be presented upon request.
