Bne Sim 10 GB Asia eSIM Would Not Install on My Android
Yesterday, I purchased a 10 GB Asia 30-day eSIM package through Bne Sim for use during my trip to Japan. Despite trying repeatedly to install and activate the eSIM on my Android device, I was unable to do so. The system does not allow the eSIM to be added, and the problem appears to be entirely related to the service provider’s system.
I was completely unable to use the service, yet I was still charged approximately $27 even though the package remains completely unused. The fact that I have not received any service at all and still have not been issued a refund is causing me financial difficulty.
When I contacted customer support about the problem, I was simply told that the issue would be “forwarded to the technical team,” and the conversation was then ended. However, I have not received any solution or follow-up. I am currently going through a financially difficult period, and this situation is making things even more difficult for me.
I request an immediate full refund of the amount I paid for this eSIM package, which I have been completely unable to use and which remains entirely unused. Otherwise, I would like to make it clear that I will exercise my legal rights.
