BMW Disabled Connected Drive on My iX1 xDrive30 While Others Can Use It
I bought a brand new BMW iX1 xDrive30 xLine in December 2023. Even though my vehicle has the Connected Drive infrastructure, I cannot use it. Others who bought the same model with the same package just four months later can use this feature, but I cannot. We pay a fortune for a premium car, yet we cannot access its features. I contacted Borusan BMW through the app to request activation of Connected Drive, but no one responded or reached out. I want this feature enabled for customer satisfaction and for thousands of others like me to benefit from it. If BMW truly considers itself a premium brand, it should honor its commitment to customer satisfaction and activate this service. Otherwise, I may switch to disposable Chinese cars that at least offer remote access.
