Cancel Bloominto Enneagram Plan V2

Hello, I am writing regarding the cancellation of my Bloominto Enneagram plan V2. I am a customer using the Bloominto Enneagram plan V2 provided by UAB Dreamfin. My subscription, which I believe is on a monthly basis, was renewed today, June 21, 2026, under transaction ID 6CE12670X9735070B, and I have been charged for this renewal. I wish to cancel my plan immediately, but I cannot find any option to cancel my account or subscription within the service. This makes it impossible for me to manage my own subscription and stop future payments. I have not yet contacted [email protected] directly, as I am first trying to resolve this through a clear written complaint. I request that my Bloominto Enneagram plan V2 be canceled immediately and that no further payments be taken from my account. In addition, since I was charged today for the renewal, I kindly request a full refund of the latest payment associated with transaction ID 6CE12670X9735070B. My billing address is in Falmouth, Maine. I ask that you confirm both the cancellation and the refund in writing as soon as possible.
