I was notified that my BlaBlaCar account was suspended due to “suspicious activity.” This is puzzling, as my account has over 20 reviews with an average 5-star rating. I’m professional with every passenger, respond to all messages, and treat everyone equally regardless of gender. Even when my car is full, I make it a point to reply to inquiries.
I can’t understand why a well-maintained, highly-rated account would be blocked. I hope BlaBlaCar recognizes this error and reinstates my account promptly, as it’s frustrating to lose access without a clear explanation.
