BlaBlaCar Phone Number Already Linked to Another Account

I created a new account on the BlaBlaCar app and want to use my existing phone number with this account. However, when I try to add and verify my phone number, I receive an error stating, “This phone number is linked to another account.” Because of this, I cannot verify my phone number on my new account.

I currently cannot access my old account, so I have no way to remove my phone number from that account myself. Because of this warning in the app, I have been unable to actively use my account for approximately two months, and I have not been able to make my travel plans properly. Although I want to use the new account I created with the email address 5******@gmail.com, I have been experiencing difficulties because I cannot link my phone number 0 55*********65 to this account.

I ask BlaBlaCar to identify the old account associated with my phone number 0 55*********65 and close or deactivate that account, and then transfer my existing phone number to the new account I created. I kindly request that my phone number be linked to my new account, that the phone number verification issue be resolved, and that the inconvenience I have experienced be addressed so I can use my account without any problems.
