BlaBlaCar Phone Number Linked to Old Account and SMS Code Issue

Hello BlaBlaCar Support, I am writing from India because I am unable to use my phone number on my new BlaBlaCar account. My phone number is still linked to my old account, and I cannot log in to that account anymore because my previous phone was lost about a month ago. When I try to register or log in with my number on my new profile, I am not receiving the SMS verification code, and it seems to be because the number is already in use on the old account. I still have access to the email address used on the old account and can confirm any necessary details to verify my identity. I kindly request that you either delete my old account or unlink my phone number from it, so that I can verify and use the same phone number on my new BlaBlaCar profile.
