Unauthorized Bizbox Pro Charge on Online Shopping Card

Bizbox Pro withdrew money from my account without my knowledge. I am requesting a refund. My card was only enabled for online purchases, yet funds were taken without my authorization. At a time when I need the money, the site deducted it from my account without informing me.

I demand a full refund of the amount that was withdrawn.
