I Can’t Access My Bitpanda Crypto Account After Changing My Phone


I haven’t been able to access my Bitpanda crypto account for months just because I changed my phone. Every time I try to reset my password, I get nothing—no email, no support, no response at all. I’ve tried multiple times to get help through the platform, but it feels like I’m being completely ignored. Meanwhile, my money is just sitting in the account, unreachable. This is incredibly frustrating for a platform that handles financial assets. Bitpanda needs to either give me access to my account immediately or transfer the funds in my account directly to my bank. I expect a real solution now—not more silence. Do better, Bitpanda, and stop leaving users in the dark.
