Binance Locked Me Out After Phone Change and I Cannot Access Authentication Code

Loss of Authentication Code
I haven't been able to log in to Binance for some time since changing my phone and I have money in Binance I want access to. When I try to log in it asks me for Password and Username. It says my password is wrong so I do the "forgotten password" once I put the code received, then am asked to provide the authentication code which I don't have access to.
I have tried to email Binance, I have tried the live chat options but it always sends me back to the app and tells me I need to login first. Which I can't do!!
I'm really disappointed that a company as big as Binance have no support available for people like me who want access to there own money!!
Please can someone contact me ASAP to get this resolved.
