Unable to Sell or Withdraw Crypto Assets on Bitpanda, Funds Locked

I am unable to sell my cryptocurrency assets or withdraw my funds on Bitpanda. Every time I attempt a sale, I receive an error message stating that the transaction cannot be completed. It feels like my money is trapped within their system, and I have no way to access it.

This issue has become incredibly frustrating, and I demand an immediate resolution. Bitpanda needs to address this problem promptly and provide a clear explanation of why these transactions are failing. Customers should have unrestricted access to their own funds, and this lack of functionality is unacceptable.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and ensure I can sell my assets and withdraw my money without further delays.
