Unable to Access Blockchain.com Account Due to Forgotten Second Password
I am unable to access my Blockchain.com account on my new device, despite previously logging in successfully on my old device using the app and a PIN code. Now, the platform is requesting a second password with the message, "Ether supported, please enter your second password." Unfortunately, I do not recall this password.
Previously, I was able to perform transactions using my PIN code, including initiating withdrawal requests. However, when I attempted to withdraw funds again, the system required a fund password, which I do not know. As a result, I cannot access my account or withdraw my funds.
I have funds in my account that I urgently need to access. I’ve tried to reach out to support, but no one has responded. Blockchain.com, please provide immediate assistance to resolve this issue and restore my account access.
