BitMart Exchange Blocks Withdrawal of 85 Million Memes Tokens via TON Network

I have been unable to withdraw my balance of 85 million Memes tokens held on the BitMart exchange for approximately one week. Although this balance is clearly visible in my account and only deposit and withdrawal functions are enabled, every withdrawal attempt fails, and the amount is credited back to my BitMart account.

I attempted the withdrawal process using the TON network to both my personal wallet and different wallet addresses each time. Despite selecting the correct network, the system continuously throws an error, and the transfer fails to execute. While I was previously able to withdraw other coins and USDT from BitMart, experiencing this issue specifically with my Memes balance and having all transactions fail has caused a serious loss of trust.

I sent an email to BitMart support reporting the situation, but I have not received any response. The support channel acts as if it is completely closed, and I cannot reach anyone. Furthermore, circulating news in recent days suggesting that BitMart might be shutting down has increased my anxiety and hardship regarding this situation.

I demand that my 85 million Memes token balance visible in my BitMart account be transferred smoothly to my designated wallet, or that a clear explanation and resolution be provided to resolve my hardship.
