Bitget Wallet Shows My “CRM” Coins but Lists My Balance as $0 After I Deposited Over $6,890
On December 16 and December 17, someone convinced me to buy a coin called “CRM” through Bitget Wallet by promising high profits. After the transactions, the coin name and quantity appear in my wallet, but my balance shows $0. In total, I have deposited more than $6,890, and I currently cannot access this money.
The person who pushed me to make these transactions later blocked me, and I have no way to reach them. When I try to withdraw through the app, the transaction does not go through and I cannot withdraw. I contacted the Bidget Wallet support team by email (s*@gmail.com**) and reported the situation. They told me I would receive a response within 48 hours, but so far no clear solution has been provided.
I demand that the harm I’ve experienced be addressed and that the full value of the funds corresponding to the coins shown in my wallet be refunded to me completely. I believe this situation involves deception, and I want the transactions made through my account to be reviewed in detail and for me to receive a clear response in writing.
