Bitget Closed My Account With Money And Won't Help Me Fix It

I had money in my account and tried to log in, but my phone number wouldn't work. I tried using my email, which worked, but when I got in, I saw that my account had been closed! I couldn't believe it. Something must have gone wrong. I've never had a problem with Bitget, and I depend on it a lot for my investments. But when I tried to get help from customer service, no one was there to help me. Customer service at Bitget has really let me down. How could they just close my account without telling me why or giving me a chance to fix it? And why won't anyone help me get my phone number straightened out? I don't know what to do because I feel like I'm out of choices. Has anyone else used Bitget in a similar way? When you have a problem with a service you're using, it's frustrating to feel like you're not being heard or taken seriously. I hope they can get their act together and start helping their users in a better way.
