Bitcoin Magazine Subscription Cancellation Error

Approximately two years back, I signed up for Bitcoin Magazine to keep up with the newest happenings in the crypto realm. But now, thanks to technology, I can access real-time data online. Moreover, the Bitcoin Magazine site is very easy to navigate. I've been attempting to end my subscription for two months, but I haven't been able to do it. I haven't heard back about my emails, my subscription is still active, and there's a chance it might renew without my permission in two months. So, I really need to cancel my subscription right away.

"BetterMe has been deducting money from my account for three months, but I haven't been using the app at all. I've been sending emails for three months, but my membership hasn't been canceled. Nobody has been helpful. Today, they deducted money from my account again, even though I don't use the app. I want my money back, and I want my membership canceled. BetterMe is not providing any assistance, and there's no option to cancel within the app. Very disappointing."
