Bitcoin Magazine Did Not Send the Print Issues I Paid for

Last summer, I signed up for a print membership to Bitcoin Magazine, thinking I would get four issues a year, one every three months. The first issue did come out in September, and I was very looking forward to it. But since then, nothing has come out. It's already the middle of June, and I still haven't gotten a second issue. According to their schedule, I should have gotten it by December or March at the latest. I checked my account information, confirmed my address, and even went back to their website to be sure I wasn't wrong about the publishing schedule. Over the past month, I've contacted their support service two emails, but I haven't heard back. No updates, no tracking information, just silence. This is quite disappointing for a magazine that says it is the best in the field.
