Missing XLM Crypto Transfer for 5 Days at Bitay Exchange
On June 30, 2023, I moved XLM cryptocurrency to my Bitay wallet. I thought the transfer would take no longer than 10 minutes, which was the maximum time. But I'm still waiting for the transaction to be finished after 5 days. I tried to get in touch with their support and even sent them emails, but all I get are the same canned answers, leaving me in the dark without any shame. My money has been missing for five days, and no one seems to know where it is. How is this a sign of professionalism? You can't just leave people in trouble for so long.
