Bitay hasn’t completed my XLM transfer despite the approval, how can I fix it?

If your Stellar (XLM) transfer through Bitay is still not complete after being approved, make sure that all of the transaction details are right. This includes checking the recipient addresses and memo fields.

Make sure that your Bitay account is fully verified, as delays can happen if it isn't. Also, see if Bitay has sent you any messages that could explain the delay.

If the problem keeps happening, call Bitay's customer service right away for help. You can email them at [email protected] or call them at +90 850 466 66 00.

When you contact them, be sure to include your full name, registered email address, transaction ID (TXID), and specifics about the XLM move that you want to make so that the problem can be solved quickly.
