Bitay Withdrawal Delays and Lack of Support Response
Dear Bitay Team,
I’m writing to express my frustration with the lack of response from your support team. Despite being in the first position in the queue, I was kept waiting for 44 minutes, and when the waiting time reached one hour, the call was disconnected. Additionally, my previous messages have gone unanswered.
I’ve been waiting for months for my TL withdrawal to be processed into my account, but nothing has happened. There has been no email or phone call explaining the delay. This lack of communication and service is unacceptable, especially considering that payments were processed promptly in the past. I’m left wondering why the situation has changed so drastically.
Please provide an immediate response and explanation for these delays. I expect a resolution as soon as possible.
Hello Bitay authorities, why is my TL withdrawal not being processed? You write that the request has been received, but you do not provide any feedback. You keep us waiting on the phone for 1 hour and then hang up on us. Please provide information about the payment process and why it is not happening, or contact me as soon as possible to complete the TL withdrawal process to my account. Otherwise, I will file a complaint about you to CIMER. Best regards.
