Bitay is quite an unreliable platform. I've been attempting to contact them for a while now, but without success. Even though there is money in my account, I continue to get notifications about having an insufficient balance, preventing me from making any trading transactions. Every time I try to withdraw money, I get denied access. I've tried reaching out via email, but unfortunately, I haven't received any replies. If this situation persists, Bitay users may face a grim future.

also made a BTTC transfer on 17/02/2024, but it didn't result in any way. On 21/02/2024, requested a withdrawal of 999 ₺, but the transactions still haven't been processed, so I still can't receive anything.
