Bitay Exchange Won’t Send SMS Verification, and I Can’t Withdraw My Money and Coins
I have been trying to take my coins and money from the Bitay exchange, but I have run against resistance. It cannot finish the transaction since the expected SMS verification never shows up. I have emailed several times to their customer service, but all I have got back is silence. This lack of response is annoying and unacceptable given the growing number of Bitay complaints accumulating on several channels. It's beginning to seem as though a major problem exists here, hence it's difficult not to feel we are being kept in the dark. My faith in Bitay has totally collapsed, hence I highly suggest anyone to consider twice before utilizing this exchange. Simply said, the risk is not justified.
