After More Than Two Months, I Still Haven't Received My Bitay Funds

I’ve been trying to withdraw my funds from Bitay for the past 2 months, but I still can't access my money. I’ve reached out to their support multiple times via email, but there’s no response. I’ve also tried calling, but I can't get through to anyone; the calls are set on an automatic system and get disconnected after an hour. It's incredibly frustrating—I can’t believe I got involved with them. How can a company operate like this? I need my money, and I need answers!
