Birkenstock Bend Low VL Shoes Show Severe Damage Within 6 Months

I purchased the Birkenstock Bend Low VL Sandcastle shoes from the brand’s online store on February 9, 2024. Despite limited use and never wearing them during the summer, the shoes have developed severe damage around the ankle area, resembling cuts made with a knife. There is no deformation in any other part of the shoes. For such an expensive product, this level of deterioration in such a short time is entirely unacceptable.

I am requesting a replacement with a flawless new pair. If my request is not fulfilled, I will pursue my rights legally. Birkenstock should ensure quality and stand behind their products, especially at this price point. Prompt action is necessary. Thank you.
