About a week ago, I purchased a Bioderma Photoderm Spot sunscreen from a pharmacy. After my previous sunscreen ran out, I started using this one at home. However, a few days later, I noticed severe acne breakouts appearing on my face. The product’s outer cardboard packaging was torn and worn out, as if it had been opened before, which makes me suspect that the product may be defective or expired.
So far, I have not contacted the pharmacy or Bioderma customer service. Since I believe the product might be faulty, I would like to request a replacement. I no longer have the receipt, but I kindly ask that my concern and inconvenience be addressed promptly.
