Binomo Fails to Credit $180 PhonePe Deposit
Today, I deposited ₹15,000 (approximately $180 USD) into my Binomo account via PhonePe, but the funds have still not been credited to my Binomo balance. In my PhonePe app, the transaction status shows as “Successful,” which means the amount was clearly deducted from my side. However, it is not reflected in my Binomo account.
I contacted Binomo about this issue, but I have not received any response or support. This situation is causing me serious concern, as $180 USD is a significant amount for me. I made this payment in good faith, expecting it to be credited immediately to my trading account.
I respectfully request that the $180 USD, which was successfully paid through PhonePe, be credited to my Binomo account without any further delay, or that this transaction be urgently reviewed and resolved.
