₹10,000 Missing from Binomo Account After Successful Transaction
I made a deposit of ₹10,000 to my Binomo account (registered with the number 62024885**) on April 2 via UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, and the transaction shows as completed on my side, but the funds have not been credited to my Binomo account even after 48 hours.
According to my bank and UPI records, the payment has been completed and reached the receiver, yet Binomo claims that they have not received any payment. This situation is causing serious concern, as my money is stuck and I am unable to use my account balance as intended.
I request that this missing deposit be urgently investigated and that the ₹10,000 be either credited to my Binomo account or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also ask for a clear explanation of how this issue occurred and confirmation once it has been resolved.
