Binomo Deposit Not Credited After ₹20,000 UPI Payment
I deposited ₹20,000 into my Binomo account on March 3 via UPI, using the reference number 398295725957. Although the amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, my Binomo balance has still not been updated, even after one month.
I contacted Binomo support on March 4 regarding this issue. They informed me that I should wait for a refund. However, to this day, I have neither received the refund in my bank account nor seen the ₹20,000 credited to my Binomo account. Despite the long delay, there has been no effective resolution or meaningful update from their side.
I request that the ₹20,000 be immediately credited to my Binomo trading account without any further delay. If crediting the funds is not possible, then I demand that the full amount be promptly refunded to my bank account. I expect a clear explanation and a fast resolution to this issue.
