I have been unable to log into my Binomo account for some time. I forgot the main password for the account I use through the website, and as a result, I cannot access my account. There is a very large amount of money in my account — approximately $46,000 USD — and this money is currently sitting in an account that I cannot use or access.
Even though I have tried the “forgot password” steps on the website multiple times, I have not been able to reset my password or log in. During this process, I have not yet had direct written or phone communication with the support team, because I believed I could resolve the issue through the system itself; however, the problem is still ongoing.
I request that Binomo first complete the necessary identity and account verification steps and restore my access to my account, or alternatively, securely transfer the approximately $46,000 USD balance in my account to a new account belonging to me, which I will specify. I want clear confirmation that my high-value funds are secure and that this issue is resolved urgently.
