Binomo Won’t Let Me Withdraw Funds Due to Unwanted Bonus

I recently started using Binomo and tried to request a withdrawal, but now I’m facing a serious issue. I accidentally accepted a ₺360 bonus, and because of this, the platform says I must reach ₺12,543 in total trades before I can withdraw anything.

I never wanted this bonus—I unknowingly accepted it while making a deposit. I only want to withdraw the ₺1,890 I deposited, but the system won’t let me because of this unwanted bonus. Now, my ₺1,800 is stuck, and I have no way to access my own money.

Binomo, you need to allow users to decline bonuses and withdraw their deposited funds freely. I want my money back immediately! Has anyone else faced this issue? This needs to be fixed!
