Binomo Fails to Deliver Promised VIP Support Call

I am a VIP account holder on Binomo, and my assigned personal account manager was supposed to call me. Although a call was scheduled for the afternoon of December 21, I did not receive any call during the specified time frame, and I was not informed before or after that the call would not take place. I arranged my schedule around this meeting, but my plans were wasted.

I chose this account believing that being a VIP customer would mean special privileges and more attentive service. However, the fact that even such a simple arrangement failed, that commitments were not honored, and that no notification was provided has seriously undermined my trust.

Today, I contacted the support team in writing, but so far I have not received any response. As a VIP customer, I request a clear explanation as to why the call was not made, why the scheduled meeting was canceled or disrupted, and that I be properly informed. I also ask that necessary measures be taken to ensure that such issues do not happen again.

"It is frustrating that Binomo offers limited ways to contact its support team. There is no phone line and the live chat is often offline. Trading platforms must provide multiple reliable communication channels 24/7. I think you need to resolve this as soon as possible."
