I’ve been trying to resolve a problem with Binomo, but every time I reach out to customer service, I’m simply passed from one representative to another without any real solution. Each time I contact support, I have to repeat the same issue all over again, which is mentally draining and incredibly time-consuming. Instead of providing efficient assistance, their system seems designed to delay or avoid direct answers.
The lack of continuity and ownership in their support process makes it extremely difficult to get anything resolved. I feel completely unheard and frustrated by the unstructured way Binomo handles customer complaints. I expected better from a platform that handles financial transactions and user trust.
Binomo needs to improve its support system urgently. I demand a direct, informed resolution from a dedicated representative without further delays or being redirected endlessly. Please take customer issues seriously and implement a more reliable support process.
