Unable to Transfer 5000 USDT from Binance Account Due to Repeated Errors

I deposited 5000 USDT into my Binance account, but I have been unable to transfer it to another wallet. Every time I attempt a transfer, I receive the same error message from the system. Customer service keeps telling me to wait and that I will be able to transfer to my desired account afterward, but even after waiting, nothing changes.

This situation has left me frustrated, as I have been facing the same issue for three days now. Despite attempting to transfer to secure accounts, I consistently encounter the same error message. I request that this problem be resolved and that my inconvenience be addressed.
