I recently made a crypto transfer from my Binance account and selected the TRC20 network as instructed. I carefully pasted the correct wallet address into the required field and confirmed the transfer. Everything seemed to go smoothly during the process. However, after the transaction was completed, I checked the confirmation slip (receipt), and to my surprise, the “Network” field showed TRX instead of TRC20.
Now, the recipient is claiming they never received the funds. I’m extremely frustrated and confused because I followed all the steps correctly, including choosing TRC20 — I did not knowingly select TRX. This discrepancy seems to be on Binance’s end or a technical issue during processing.
This transaction involved real money and trust, and now I’m left with no funds and no explanation. Binance must urgently investigate what happened, clarify why the network switched, and ensure either the recipient gets the money or I get a full refund. I need immediate support from Binance — this kind of error is completely unacceptable on a major exchange platform.
