While trading on Binance Global, I lost 500 USDT after sending a payment to another user via their Binance Pay ID. I followed the steps exactly and have all the necessary proof—screenshots, transaction details, and timestamps. Unfortunately, after making the payment, the other party vanished, and I received nothing in return.

I immediately filed a police report and submitted all evidence to law enforcement. But I have no idea whether anything will come of it, and Binance has offered no help in recovering the funds. It’s deeply concerning that such a large platform does not provide proper protection for users in peer-to-peer transactions or offer any real conflict resolution process.

Binance, I’m asking for urgent support. You must take action in cases like this and help victims recover lost funds. We rely on your platform to be safe and secure—this kind of incident severely damages that trust. Please investigate the transaction and work with law enforcement if necessary. I expect compensation or at the very least, proper guidance and involvement from Binance’s end.
