I’m reaching out because I’ve been left financially and emotionally frustrated after trading VIDT on Binance Global. I opened a leveraged position in VIDT with exactly $160, but to my surprise, Binance wiped out $207 from my account—more than I had committed to the trade.
This discrepancy makes no sense. I reviewed the position carefully, and the liquidation or loss amount should never have exceeded my actual margin. I feel misled and unfairly treated by a system that should operate transparently and with user protection in mind.
I’m requesting an immediate investigation into this issue. Where did the extra $47 go? Why was my entire balance cleared when the risk was limited to $160?
Binance Global has always had a reputation for professionalism, which is why I chose this platform in the first place. I still believe you can resolve this fairly. Please review my trade, explain the loss, and refund the incorrect deduction. I trust Binance will not leave its users feeling helpless and unheard.
