Yalla Ludo Purchase Not Received – Coins and Diamonds Missing
I made an in‑app purchase today in the Yalla Ludo game through the Apple App Store (Japan Store) for approximately 4,000 Japanese yen to buy coins and diamonds. The amount has been successfully charged to my account and appears in my purchase history, but the coins and diamonds have not been added to my game account. Right after noticing the problem, I reported the issue to support, but so far I have not received any response or solution from either Yalla Ludo or Apple. I have paid for a digital product that I have not received, and this is very disappointing. I kindly request that my missing coins and diamonds be added to my Yalla Ludo account as soon as possible, or that my payment of approximately 4,000 Japanese yen be fully refunded. I would like this issue to be resolved urgently.
