I recently logged into my Binance account after a long time, only to find a serious issue. My balance shows just ₺2, even though I clearly remember holding GMT and several other coins in my wallet. I checked my transaction history, and the last visible transaction was a USD purchase back in December 2021. However, there are no records of me selling or withdrawing any of my coins. They’ve simply vanished.
This is unacceptable. Binance must be able to track and show all historical transactions, especially when users' funds are involved. On top of this, the date filter in the transaction history doesn't even work properly—I can’t select or view specific date ranges, making it nearly impossible to investigate this myself.
It feels like my coins have just been erased without any trace or notification. I demand a full audit of my account and a proper explanation for where my assets went. If you claim security and transparency, then prove it. I want either my missing coins restored or a written explanation of their disappearance. Do not ignore this. I am a real user who trusted this platform.
