Until today, I’ve always been able to transfer USDT from my Binance Global account to my Binance TR account easily—just by drawing the pattern and entering my password. But now, out of nowhere, the system is blocking my transfer. It keeps showing a warning that says: “You must complete all verifications.”
When I go to the verification screen, the facial recognition step simply doesn’t work. It just keeps loading endlessly without ever completing. I’ve tried multiple times, and nothing changes. I don’t know if this is a system-wide change or a problem only affecting my account, but either way, it’s stopping me from accessing my funds.
I need urgent assistance to fix this. Binance, please either resolve the face recognition issue or offer an alternative verification method. Blocking transfers like this without notice is unacceptable. Help your users without making us jump through broken security hoops.
