I Cannot Sell Raxy Token Bought via Binance Global Presale with Trust Wallet

On August 13, 2025, I purchased Raxy Token through the Binance Global presale using my Trust Wallet. I invested 0.38 BNB to buy the token. The contract address I used is: 0xB4a6ca0C52db03ab52e9CB3D9853221EB13983fa.

I discovered this token through a post in a Telegram trader group shared by a so-called crypto analyst named B. Der. However, after the purchase, I found out that I could not sell or transfer the Raxy Token at all. The tokens remain stuck in my wallet, making my investment completely inaccessible.

I attempted to contact both the Telegram promoter and the Binance Global support team, but neither responded to my questions or offered any help. I feel misled and financially trapped since my funds are now locked inside a worthless token that cannot be traded.

I am requesting immediate assistance from Binance Global to resolve this issue. I want a clear explanation of why this token cannot be sold, and I expect a refund of my 0.38 BNB investment if the token is indeed non-tradable.
