I Bought ZLX and GPTNAX on Binance Web3 and Now My Funds Are Frozen

I opened a Binance Web3 wallet and transferred funds into it. Then, using the Jupiter platform via the Solana network, I purchased ZLX coin. Right after the transaction, the token was immediately frozen, and now I can’t access or recover my money. I've attached a screenshot showing the issue—this is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.

Shortly after, I also bought another coin called GPTNAX through the same Web3 interface on Jupiter. Once again, the coin was marked as frozen and I’m unable to sell or move it in any way. I feel completely misled and trapped, especially since I made these purchases through Binance's own integrated Web3 platform, which I assumed would be secure.

This situation raises serious questions about Binance's screening process for tokens available on their Web3 interface. How can users feel safe when tokens can be bought but are immediately frozen, with no warning or support?
